نمذجة العلاقة السببية بين الخبرات الصدمية والخدر العاطفي وتبدد الشخصية لدى اللاجئين السوريين

المستخلص

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن النموذج السببي الأمثل للعلاقة بين الخبرات الصدمية، والخدر العاطفي، وتبدد الشخصية لدى اللاجئين السوريين. وقد استخدم المنهج الارتباطي التحليلي من خلال تحليل المسار، وطُبّقت مقاييس الدراسة: مقياس الخبرات الصدمية، ومقياس الخدر العاطفي، ومقياس تبدد الشخصية، على عينة قوامها (834) لاجئًا ولاجئة من السوريين. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر مباشر وموجب للخبرات الصدمية في الخدر العاطفي، وكذلك وجود أثر مباشر وموجب للخبرات الصدمية في كل من الانفصال عن الذات، والخدر الجسدي، والتشوه الزمني. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر وسيطي جزئي موجب للخدر العاطفي في العلاقة بين الخبرات الصدمية وكل من الانفصال عن الذات، والخدر الجسدي، والتشوه الزمني، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر وسيطي كلي موجب للخدر العاطفي في العلاقة بين الخبرات الصدمية وكل من التجارب الجسدية الشاذّة وضعف الجوانب الاجتماعية والمهنية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة توفير خدمات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي لمساعدة اللاجئين السوريين في التخفيف من آثار الخبرات الصدمية، والخدر العاطفي، وتبدد الشخصية
